Do you really make all the pottery by hand?
Absolutely! We're thrilled to say that every single piece of pottery you see is lovingly handcrafted by us. Picture a cozy backyard studio nestled in beautiful Massachusetts, where we pour our hearts into making each piece.
Safety, Durability & Usage
Is your pottery dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes! Our stoneware can safely be used in both the microwave and dishwasher.
However, sudden temperature changes can still cause stoneware to crack or break, so it’s best to avoid extreme shifts.
And like all ceramics, glazes may dull over time with frequent dishwasher use. So if you’d like to keep the finish looking its best, we recommend hand washing in warm, soapy water.
I am vegan - do your pieces contain any animal products?
Absolutely not! We're proud to say that our products are completely vegan-friendly. We're meticulous about excluding any animal-derived materials from our production process. You won't find any bone ash, often associated with bone china, in our pieces. Plus, we use synthetic brushes and sponges, reinforcing our dedication to offering products that align with vegan principles. You can trust that our products are crafted with both quality and compassion in mind.
Shipping
Why is there a random brand name on my shipped package?
We're not just passionate about delivering quality products; we're also committed to reducing waste and minimizing our environmental footprint. As part of our eco-conscious efforts, we've been saving packaging materials from various sources, including shipments we've received ourselves.
These repurposed packages, lovingly saved for their second life, have found their way to your doorstep as part of our sustainable shipping practices. We believe in giving these materials a new lease on life and doing our part to contribute to a greener, more sustainable future.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you have the right to return all full-priced items for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
All returns must be in perfect condition. The cost of returning your item is your responsibility, that is we do not refund postage, packaging costs or any duties paid.
Please send returns via recorded delivery with tracking numbers. This is for your protection, as any items lost or damaged in transit will not be refunded. Once the item is safely received, your refund will be issued within 14 days using the same method as the original payment.
